CLAVISH™
CLAVISH™ is an organic titanium composite coating material based on nano titanium dioxide (TiO₂), optimized for high heat resistance and enhanced durability. Depending on the substrate, the curing temperature can be adjusted within a range of 120–800 °C, and a uniform thin film with a thickness of 50–500 nm can be formed depending on concentration and processing conditions. It provides excellent corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance, effectively suppressing corrosion on metal surfaces while forming a stable protective layer even in high-temperature environments. In addition, its excellent electrical insulation properties help suppress leakage current and surface discharge, providing reliable substrate protection across various industrial environments.
